Semi-Permanent cosmetics is a technique which employs  semi-permanent pigmentation of the dermis as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup, such as eye lining and other semi-permanent enhancing colors to the skin of the face, lips, and eyelids.

What are the advantages?

Semi-Permanent cosmetics accentuate your facial features. For example, to add expression to your eyes with a smudge-free, waterproof eyeliner. It adds definition to eyebrows with natural-looking hair-like strokes. Lip liner and lip tinting define your lip line and add fullness and color to your lips so you can enjoy lip color that complements your skin and hair tones. It is a great way to avoid smudging, fading, streaking, and flaking of makeup.

Increase your confidence by waking up looking beautiful every single morning!

Is it safe?

Semi-Permanent cosmetics are considered safe. They carry the same risks as tattoos. The most serious risk is the risk of infection. Fiercely Flawless uses sterile, new equipment, and hygienic tools with EVERY service. We are also certified in OSHA training, blood-borne pathogens, injections, and hygiene safety practices. Infection or side effects such as pigment rejection can occur if after care instructions are not followed. There are some medications or conditions that can increase the risk of complications. Fiercely Flawless representative strive to ensure satisfaction and will inform you of any increased potential of risks or pigment rejection due to medications and conditions. Overall, semi-permanent cosmetics can be safer than over-the-counter cosmetics. For example, solid and liquid eyeliners can seep into your eyes with particles of mascara, this leads to scratching of the eye and can be damaging overtime.

How long does it last?

This varies with each individual. It is dependent on the specific shade used, aftercare, sun exposure, skin regeneration, individual pigment acceptance, and daily habits. Most pigments last three to five years, although some may last longer. Yearly touch-ups are recommended to maintain the desired look. You can also choose to change the pigments of your semi-permanent cosmetics.
